Virtual PSAC Membership Application Card

This form contains the same fields as the Application for Membership in the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) used by the UNB Union of Graduate Student Workers (UGSW). This is not an official card.

If you would like to be a member, please fill out an online membership card and submit it to meet with a union local representative.
